First off thank you everybody for a great Blue and Gold. The second year webelos thank you for coming and helping send them off in style to their boy scout troops.

We have many announcements for upcoming events. First is the pinewood derby, ours is on March 9th at 9am. If you need a car please see Derek Bernard or send us an email. We have both a Lego class as well as an open class in addition to the usual scout class cars. At the end of the post are the assigned car numbers for scouts. If you wish to do an open please add a 1 in front of your scouts number. If you need more than one open number contact Rick. More details will be send out regarding this event.
There are two upcoming district events. The first is around a family camp outing on May 17th at Fred C Anderson Scout Camp. This is an inexpensive way to get the family camping this summer. It is only $25 per family. Please see this flyer for more details.
Next are some upcoming Scout days at the Wild. The upcoming dates are March 3, 12, and April 1. It is $26 per ticket and includes a post game slap shot for all scouts and siblings. Contact Rick for more details.
